                        FINISHER MEDALS     NEW!

For the first time, all runners who cross the finish line and complete their event will receive a handmade wood finisher medal, made from buckthorn and other invasive wood species from Wood Lake Nature Center.


RUNNER SHIRT

The runner shirt is made of an ultra-soft wicking material and is available in women's and unisex cuts.


MERCHANDISE

Merchandise is available for purchase at packet pickup, only on Friday, 7/28.  New 15th-anniversary UW pint glasses are $7.50 each, four for $25.  Some past-year race shirts and half-zip pullovers are available in a limited selection of sizes; shirts are $4, half-zips are $40. Cash, check or credit cards are accepted.  Sweet Stretchers will sell their athletic headbands at the finish line area (near the race-shirt distribution). All forms of payment will be accepted.

COURSES
The certified half-marathon course is flat, circular, and passes through shaded neighborhoods, past several parks and through three natural areas. The 5K course features a lap around Taft Lake.
